1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Our Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer two guarantee windows depending on the routine you choose:
- 3-Month Supply & 6-Month Supply: 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
- 1-Month Supply: 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Opened products are eligible for a refund if less than 50% of the product has been used.
- You must provide your order number and reason for return.
How to Request a Return

- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please place a new order and request a refund for the original purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within 15 business days of our confirmation, please check with your bank or credit card company first. Then contact us at support@lumynea.com.

3. SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume periods. We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your building's package area.
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
- If unresolved, contact us within 7 days and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
