Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
5.3 Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date at support@lumynea.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

6.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- You must contact us within the applicable guarantee period;
- Products may be opened and partially used;
- You must provide your order number.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the product was received damaged or in error.
6.3 Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks (including ROOTSHIFT™, RootBrush™, Shed-Rescue Window™, and Lumynea), graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of Elegency or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
